When you have decided that The Wild Rose is right for you we will send you our contract and invoice for our booking fee. When the contract is signed and the deposit payed your date is locked and we will then start planning your wedding. Before we begin we will discuss the best way for us to plan your wedding. We start with finding the perfect venue, deciding your guest count and total wedding budget. You will also be invited to our wedding planning program that we will use during our journey to your wedding day. Depending on your needs and demands we customise a wedding checklist and give you new tasks to finish every week.
When we have booked your venue and set the budget it is time to start creating your wedding concept and decide what events you want to include in your day. This all starts with a venue visit. We will spend a day together at the location to check out the environment, the possibilities, enjoy lunch and get as much inspiration as possible for the design and the happenings for your wedding. Back at the office we will start creating design proposals and suggest vendors.
When the concept is done it is time to book the vendors and rentals for your wedding. We will give you suggestions for photographer, videographer, cake and stationery designer etc. All carefully considered for your wedding.
When the wedding week arrives we will have our last meeting to check everything one last time. On the wedding day my team and I will be with you all day to make sure that you are able to fully enjoy your wedding day.
