WE HAVE BOOKED A WEDDING PLANNER ALREADY. IS IT STILL POSSIBLE TO BOOK YOU FOR DESIGN AND FLOWERS?

To give someone the responsibility to plan your wedding is a big deal and we want you to be able to get a chance to get to know us better before you book us. We offer potential clients a one hour consultation, free of charge on phone or Skype, so that you can tell us about your dream wedding and your priorities and so that we can present our services to you. But to start with, if the following list satisfies you we should be great together!

-Want to be able to relax during the planning process and on your big day

When you have decided that The Wild Rose is right for you, just let us know and we will send you our contract and invoice for our booking fee. When the contract is signed and the deposit payed your date is locked and we will then start planning your wedding. Before we begin we will discuss the best way for us to plan your wedding. We want everything to be perfect for you.

Planning a wedding on top of a full-time job can be difficult and take away from your enjoyment of the joyous event. There is just not enough time! When hiring The Wild Rose as your wedding planner you get to decide how involved you want to be in the planning process. You can focus on the fun things like cake tasting and finding the perfect dress and we will take care of the research, negotiations with vendors and other tasks. With us by your side you will be able to experience the planning process in a stress free manner with the knowledge that we will get everything done on time and that we have all the details under control. When your wedding day arrives we will be there to ensure that everything turns out the way you want it to be. We have over 15 years experience of the wedding industry, we are specialised in arranging weddings in Stockholm and on the west coast of Sweden. We know which vendors that will give you the best service and booking us as your wedding planner, designer and florist will save you precious time and also save you money because we will do everything right from the start. So yes, a wedding planner is always a great investment for any wedding. Big or small. 

As wedding planners, we provide logistical management, develop detailed timelines, negotiate contracts and make sure every vendor understands our clients vision for their wedding. Most importantly, we match our clients with quality vendors who they can trust to go above and beyond on their day.
We believe these responsibilities must be carried out months before an event rather than right before to ensure every detail has been planned and verified. It would add unnecessary stress for you if we introduced possible gaps in scheduling and/ or contract issues in the weeks before your big day. Lastly, it is important for us to have ample time to get to know you, so that you can enjoy your wedding. For these reasons we do not offer partial coordination.

Yes, as your wedding planner we don't take over anything above your heads without your permission. On our first meeting after the contract is signed we will make a plan for how our collaboration will work. This is always customised for every client to suit your situation. We will have a clear communication through the whole journey towards your day with regular chats and email conversations to make sure that we always act in the right way.

Many venues advertise that they come with a wedding planner, but that title can be misleading. The number one misconception is that the site coordinators and banquet manager work for you. The reality is that they are hired by the venue to perform tasks that allow them to make sure that the event runs smoothly on behalf of the venue. They are not hired to assist you in your overall wedding decision making and design process. A site coordinator´s main responsibilities involve keeping track of time during your event, managing the wait staff, acting as a catering liaison, and other venue-related tasks that are pivotal to success of the event for the venue. A wedding planner on the other hand is with you every step of the way- from the moment we meet to the moment you walk down the aisle. We orchestrate all of the details, manage your vendors, develop budgets and timelines, assist with contract negotiations, and countless other important details.

Our mission is to help you prepare for one of the most important days of your life, and if we know something isn't the best option we will let you know. Wedding planning, design and creating floral arrangements are what we do for a living and with our knowledge and experience we are able to give you the optimal solutions. Through kind but straight forward communication we will help you find the way to the best alternatives on all levels when it comes to your wedding. You can always trust that we have your best interests in mind. How ever, you as a client will always decide what option you will go for.

Yes, other than Stockholm and the Swedish west coast we specialise in arranging weddings in England and Italy, but we are available for weddings all over Europe. 

Yes, we certainly do, however the vendor recommendations that we will present to you will always be well thought through to fit your needs and with your budget in consideration. 

All between 350 000 SEK to
2 million SEK , but my team and I are available for any budget.

We do 5 weddings a year with full planning, design and floral.

We only do one wedding per week, because I want my team to be able to engage in your wedding to the fullest.

Yes when booking The Wild Rose you will sign a contract for the planning and design package and then also a contract for your floral order.


When you book The Wild Rose you will get an invoice for 50% of your customised planning and design package. When this is payed your date is locked. The other 50% is due one month before your wedding day. The same routine is used for your floral quote.

We recommend you to contact us 18-12 months prior to your wedding date, but we do also accept bookings earlier or closer to the wedding. To contact us please fill in our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Yes, we are happy to collaborate with other wedding planners and also brides and grooms that doesn´t have a planner at all. Every year when we are fully booked (5 weddings with full planning, design and floral) we open up our calendar for these couples that want to book our design and floral package. Send us an email and we will help you out.
