Love and Therese asked for antique, luxury bohemian, colorful, astrology and Mexican food to inspire their summer wedding at Norrvikens Trädgårdar. Do I have to tell you that working with this unique mix of inspo was a real treat? Well, it was!!!
The wedding invitation, table numbers, escort cards and other customized details were inspired by the pattern you often find in old books. Handmade paper, velvet ribbon, the couple's star signs in golden foil and bohemian silk tassels were some of the gorgeous materials and techniques that Elins Art Studio used to create these custom designs.
Love and Therese specifically asked for a wedding with unexpected happenings on top of the lovely things that usually are included during a wedding day. Therese is a talented artist, so we came up with the idea of having a vernissage showing of her collection of abstract paintings that she had created with her and Loves love as a theme.
So for the guests, the wedding day started with a walk in the beautiful gardens which we had filled with colorful floral arrangements along the way. As a finale, there was the vernissage waiting for them as well as Mexican snacks, beverages and live music to enjoy in the sun before the wedding ceremony. Photographed by Jonas Peterson.
