You will also get a Pinterest album to collect images in, of beautiful things that you connect with. After this, we will arrange the first meeting on Skype.
The first meeting is all about getting to know each other and decide a budget for your wedding and floral design. We also go through what kind of floral arrangements that you would want and what kind of experience you want to give your guests.
Now it is time to pay the retainer fee, which is 50 % of the suggested quote. When the deposit is made and all parties signed the contract, your date is secured.
As soon as we received the deposit we will start to create an one of a kind design for you. When the design is ready for viewing you will get a pdf with a custom proposal and information to look through. We will also schedule a meeting to carefully go through everything.
As soon as the design is approved we will start to reach out to other creative professionals, like cake artists, stationary designers, photographers etc. To secure the perfect team for your day. We will also contact furniture rentals and book the rentals for you.
A month before your wedding we will finalize everything reading the design and concept. You will also have the last opportunity to change or add things to the arrangements. The final deposit is also made a month prior to your date.
